Mia is a certified trauma informed yoga instructor. Her goal is to keep her students safe and to create a space that invites inner peace and calm. Move with Mia and practice the art and science of yoga.

Benefits of Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and has roots in ancient Egypt, Africa. The physical practice is a mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching asana (postures) with pranayama (breath work). Yoga asana flow is known as the moving meditation that prepares the body for stillness. Most importantly, the benefits of yoga include:
